Actually, I do need some help with my charlie-horses lately, and am not a fan of bananas... this could be a decent alternative...I may or may not be kidding.
Random factoid: I like to eat pickles at times when I cramp. No idea as to if there's a connection there or not especially as there's not a lot of juice in a good, crisp pickle.
Pickle juice, eh? I might have to try that for some of my long workouts and see if I notice a difference.
Oh my cucumbers!!! I am a huge pickle juice fan and this new knowledge makes me happy and super excited to start running again!
